Terms & Conditions

I understand that the activities have an inherent risk of injury and although possible precautions will be taken to minimise risk, accidents may still occur. All parents are required to ensure their child or themselves (adult classes) are physically fit and healthy to participate, particularly after any illness or injury. In signing this agreement I declare that I understand the element of risk involved and am willing for myself and/or my child to participate and will adhere to the safety rules and code of conduct as appropriate. I understand that Junior Sport Stars and its employees are not under any liability in respect of personal injury, loss or damage unless signs of neglect can be proven.

Insurance (Gym School/Pre-School): Every child must have a British Gymnastics Membership before their first paid session (trial sessions don't require this). This can be purchased at https://www.british-gymnastics.org/ and insures your child for all gymnastics activities at a cost of £19 per year (October-September).

Club Membership Fee: Each year every member will be charged a £15 yearly membership fee, this will be added to your September monthly payment and is in addition to your monthly fee.

Cancellations and missed sessions (Gym School): There is a 30 day cancellation period, if you would like your child to stop any class (subscription) you must notify us via email. 30 days from the day we receive your cancellation email we will stop all future payments, any payments due to be taken in this time are still payable (in full) and your child is welcome to attend up to the end of the month you have paid for. Any cancellations made within 14 days of your first paid session will be exempt from our 30 day cancellation policy and only sessions attended will be charged. We do not offer credit, refunds or transfers for missed sessions due to illness, holiday or self isolation (covid-19) and in the case of long term sickness or injury (2 months or more) we may offer a temporary reduced subscription.

Cancellations and missed sessions (After School Clubs and Holiday Camps): Any bookings cancelled 7 or more days before the start of the block or camp are fully refundable (minus a £5 administration fee), any cancellations less than 7 days before the first day will be offered as credit. Missed sessions are non-refundable.

ONLINE VIDEO CONTENT:

Junior Sport Stars are under no liability with regards any injury or damage caused whilst anyone is taking part in our online content whatsoever, this is carried out at your own risk. Please ensure you wear the correct clothing, footwear and there is enough space in the room. In signing this agreement you declare that you understand the element of risk involved and you are willing for yourself and/or your child to participate in our online video content. I understand that Junior Sport Stars and its employees are not under any liability in respect of personal injury, loss or damage whatsoever.
